Leadership Day

My role as a leader was to take responsibility for the actions of the group and to look after the reputation of the school's boys. With help from Dan Fahey-Sparks! Part of this included several jobs that required the skills of taking initiative throughout the group and remembering important roles that the leader needs to fulfill. Next time i am leader i will work on remembering things such as water on the bus... which Dan and I forgot. Although this was a mistake that was vital in the success of the group, a replacement water was found. Although it may not have tasted very nice or come from a very santised place... it had to be done. I think what i did well as a leader was being last of the group and making sure that our group did not leave a poor footprint on our destinations. Although i do need to improve on being prepared with what is required for the day and what needs to be done.
